Important service terms and qualifications
Contract priority: Website content is general information. Your signed order form, statement of work, master services agreement and service-level schedule control if they conflict with this page.
Independent provider and trademarks
365 Help center is owned and operated by Evigur Solutions. Evigur is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by or acting on behalf of Microsoft. This is not a Microsoft website or official Microsoft support service. Microsoft and related product names are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies; other marks belong to their owners.
Microsoft certification claim
“More than 90% of Our Support Engineers Are Microsoft Certified” refers to the current support-engineering roster when reviewed and excludes Customer Success Managers, sales, administrative personnel and other non-engineering roles. A qualifying engineer holds at least one active Microsoft certification relevant to supported technologies. The percentage may change and should be verified periodically. Certification does not imply Microsoft endorsement or guarantee an outcome.
Dashboards, metrics and savings
Dashboard ticket counts, SLA percentages, response times, savings figures and case-study metrics may be illustrative unless expressly identified as verified customer results. They are not live client data or guaranteed performance. Any savings percentage requires a client-specific comparison of equivalent scope, demand, staffing, vendor fees and contract terms.
SLAs and response times
An SLA applies only when included in a signed agreement. Severity, supported workloads, coverage hours, response targets, measurement methods, exclusions, customer dependencies and remedies must be defined there. Submitting a website form or portal ticket does not by itself create an SLA commitment.
Dedicated client team and CSM
A dedicated Customer Success Manager, assigned support pod, direct communication channel, reduced queue dependency and backup coverage are available only under eligible plans. Staffing, delivery locations, hours, availability and escalation routes are contractual. Dedicated access does not guarantee immediate engineer availability or bypass all triage.
Hybrid U.S. and offshore delivery
Services may be delivered by U.S.-based and offshore personnel. The signed agreement should identify the authorized delivery model, support hours, responsibilities, security requirements and data-handling restrictions. Hybrid delivery may help control costs, but savings and outcomes are not guaranteed.
Client portal, Teams integration and workspace isolation
Portal functions depend on the purchased plan and implemented configuration. Microsoft Teams integration may require supported licensing, tenant-administrator consent, approved permissions, technical validation and security review. A separate client workspace means client-specific users, queues, access controls and reporting; it does not mean separate physical infrastructure, database, cloud subscription or Microsoft tenant unless expressly scoped in the signed agreement.
Pricing and quotations
Website prices and hourly ranges are planning guidance, not binding offers. Final pricing can vary by scope, workload, commitment, coverage, expertise, response targets, data-handling requirements, taxes and contract terms. Projects, after-hours work, travel, overages and out-of-scope services may be priced separately. Only an accepted written quote or order form establishes price.
Microsoft and third-party tickets
365 Help center and Evigur do not provide, include or pay for Microsoft or third-party support tickets, contracts, licenses, subscriptions or vendor charges unless expressly stated in a signed agreement. The client maintains the required entitlement, opens or authorizes the case, grants approved access and pays vendor fees. When included in scope, Evigur may prepare evidence, coordinate communications, track actions and help validate closure; the vendor controls its investigation and resolution.
Competitor comparisons and customer results
Comparisons describe general service models and may not represent every provider or current offering. Buyers should obtain current proposals and verify pricing, staffing, scope and terms directly. Case studies describe specific circumstances and do not guarantee similar results. Named competitor and customer claims require current evidence, authorization where applicable and appropriate legal review.
Client responsibilities and service scope
Clients must maintain valid licenses and vendor entitlements, provide accurate information and authorized access, maintain appropriate backups and security controls, and respond to information requests. Services are limited to the workloads, environments, hours and activities in the agreement. Expanded requirements may require a separate quotation or statement of work.
Confidentiality, security and acceptable use
Clients must provide only information and access they are authorized to share. Data processing, confidentiality, delivery locations, subcontractors, retention, security controls and access removal are governed by the applicable agreement and privacy documents. Users must not attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content or interfere with service operation. No internet-based service is completely secure or uninterrupted.
General terms

Contractual warranties, payment obligations, liability limits, indemnification, termination rights, governing law and dispute procedures are established in the applicable signed agreement. These terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel before production publication.
