1. Acceptance
These Website Terms govern access to 365 Help center websites, portals and public content operated by Evigur Solutions (“Evigur,” “365 Help center,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the website after being given notice of these Terms, you agree to them. If you use the website for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization. No handwritten signature is required for ordinary website use.
2. Website information is not a service commitment
Descriptions, pricing, response times and features on this website are general information and may change. Subscription services begin only under an accepted Order Form and applicable agreement. If website content conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
3. Support-only subscriptions
365 Help center subscriptions provide operational support for expressly covered existing services. They do not include new configuration, implementation, deployment, migration, custom development, new Power Apps or Power Automate flows, integrations, applications, features, redesigns or platforms. Project work is separately scoped and delivered by Evigur Professional Services.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website or portal; probe or bypass security; upload malware; impersonate another person; submit unlawful or unauthorized requests; access another customer’s information; scrape content at scale; or interfere with operation. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or misuse prevention.
5. Accounts and submissions
You are responsible for account credentials, authorized users and accurate information. Do not place passwords, secret keys, payment-card data, health information or other sensitive data in public forms or tickets unless we expressly authorize a secure method. You grant us permission to use submitted information to respond, qualify requests and provide contracted services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable DPA.
6. Intellectual property
The website, branding, text, design and original materials are owned by Evigur or its licensors. You may view and print reasonable copies for internal business evaluation. No other license is granted. Customer ownership of project deliverables is governed only by the applicable SOW.
7. Third-party services and links
The website may link to Microsoft and other third parties. We do not control their services, availability, content, terms or privacy practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
8. Independent-provider notice
365 Help center is owned and operated by Evigur Solutions. Evigur and 365 Help center are independent service providers and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or acting on behalf of Microsoft. This website is not a Microsoft website or an official Microsoft support service. Microsoft product names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify relevant technologies.
9. Disclaimer
The website and public content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, noninfringement and uninterrupted availability. Public content is not legal, tax, cybersecurity or compliance advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evigur will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from website use. Evigur’s aggregate liability for website-only claims will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount paid specifically for website access during the preceding six months. Limits that cannot lawfully apply remain excluded.
11. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our Cookie Policy addresses cookies and similar technologies. Customer data processed during contracted services is also governed by the applicable Data Processing Addendum.
12. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms by posting a revised date. Material changes will be handled as required by law. We may suspend or discontinue public website access at any time. Changes to an active customer subscription are governed by the signed agreement, not this website clause.
13. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by New York law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue is in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
