INTRODUCTION
These Free Trial Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of any free trial services offered by Evigur Solutions Corp. ("Evigur", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
365 Help center is a proprietary services platform owned and operated by Evigur Solutions Corp. All services provided through 365 Help center are delivered by Evigur Solutions Corp.
By registering for, accessing, or using a free trial, you ("Customer", "User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the free trial services.

All customer agreements, subscriptions, invoices, payments, support services, consulting engagements, and managed services are provided by and contracted with Evigur Solutions Corp.
ELIGIBILITY
The free trial is available only to new customers who have not previously subscribed to an Evigur service offering unless expressly approved by Evigur in writing.
You represent and warrant that:
- You are at least eighteen (18) years of age;
- You have authority to enter into this agreement individually and on behalf of your organization (if any);
- Any information submitted during registration is accurate and complete.
Evigur reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any trial account at its sole discretion.
FREE TRIAL PERIOD
The standard free trial period is fourteen (14) calendar days beginning on the date access is first granted.
Evigur may extend, shorten, modify, or discontinue any free trial promotion without prior notice.
INCLUDED SERVICES
During the free trial period, Customers may access selected features and services made available through the 365 Help center platform for evaluation purposes.
Feature availability may change at any time and may vary based on promotional offerings.
