PARTIES AND AGREEMENT

These User Registration Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", "you", or "your") and Evigur Solutions Corp. ("Evigur", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

365 Help center is a proprietary support services platform owned and operated by Evigur Solutions Corp. All subscriptions, support plans, consulting services, managed services, invoices, customer agreements, and payments are provided by and contracted with Evigur Solutions Corp.

These Terms govern your access to and use of services delivered through 365 Help center, including Microsoft 365 support services, SharePoint consulting, Microsoft Teams administration, Microsoft Copilot services, Power Platform development, cloud administration, automation services, managed IT services, knowledge-base resources, support portals, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, registering for a service, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

FEES, BILLING, AND PAYMENTS

6.1 Subscription Fees

Customers agree to pay all fees associated with the selected subscription plan offered through the 365 Help center platform.

6.2 Payment Authorization

By providing payment information, you authorize Evigur Solutions Corp. and its authorized payment processing partners, including Razorpay and other approved payment providers, to charge applicable subscription fees and service charges.
